North Shore Technologies has created several rubber compounds in the lab to demonstrate the utility of TDP in a variety of rubbers. The specifications for the applications were identified and generic starting formulations were modified with the addition of TDP to meet the required properties. We can use these examples to help our customers develop specific formulations for their application needs.
Examples include:
- OTR Retreading
- Conveyor Belts
- SBR Molding
- EPDM Molding
- Chloroprene Roofing

Let us handle your cured scrap.
Our Closed Loop Management Service (CLMS) will evaluate the customer’s internal waste stream. NSR then designs a program to collect & devulcanize the material and produce new, re-engineered scrap-derived polymer (SDP) to be re-integrated into the customer’s own product portfolio.
